Instructions to fill a complaint form

1.    Matters not relevant to offence need not be reported.

2.    Fields marked * are mandotory fields.

3.    Fill in full details of suspect or accused in the space provide in the complaint form.

4.    In case your property is stolen, fill in the approximate value of property stolen in the separate        space provided for property value.

5.    In case your complaint is relating to stolen/lost vehicles, arms, cattle or missing person,        please click on the respetive button and give full details.

6.    After completing the complaint form you will get your complaint number and a complaint Key        Number.

7.    Please note the complaint Key Number to add remarks to your old complaint and to check        status of your lodged complaint.

8.    Even if you have made complaint to police station directly you can lodge the same here also. It will        go monitoring by superior officers.
