No Government servant serving in the state (including the members of tha All India Servias is declred as the Successful bidder. No government servent serving in the State ( including the members of the All India Services), shall, therefore, bid at any auction ordered by any department of Government or other Governmental authority except with the previous permission of the authority competent to sanction sales or purchases or property exceeding the value prescribed under the Government Servant’s Conduct Rules.
